Search google for n64 emulators and download an emulator. Usually they have user ratings and rankings from best to worst. Just download a couple and try them out, some are better than the other, depending on the user themselves. As for the game, unless you have a original copy of the game, downloading roms must be deleted in 24 hours (though no one does). And like the emulators, search for Zelda roms and see what you get. Rarely are there virus' in those emulators and roms so you really don't have anything to worry about. Emulators usually come zipped open just unzip it and download the roms in the same directory as your emulator. Start up your emulator and load up the rom, but before go to options and change your input setting, these are your controls for the game, some emulators require you to load up the game first, some don't. Also, you usually don't have to unzip the rom, so just unzip the emulator and you should be good to go. Good luck

I don't think theres a good emulator
but if you have a Game Cube they did a special edition disc that had Ocarina of Time and the OoT master quest version on it and another special edition disc with OoT and Majoras Mask (and a few more games I think) you should be able to get those one eBay

There was a special relaese of wind waker which had a second disc that contained orcarina of time as well as a master quest version. there is also a special edition collectors set release (it was called masters collection or something of the like) that has several older Zelda's as well as the orcarina of time and majoras mask games
