How do I activate the Lake Hylia Warp Point in Twilight Princess for Wii?

I've already beaten the Arbiter's Grounds and got the two warp points in the desert. I just can't get the shadow beings to appear at Lake Hylia.

Did you just pass it completly? It should be in the field right next to the location of Lanayru's fountain. Like just up that bridge connected to it.

Hi, I realize you asked this a LONG time ago, but I m replaying the game and I m having the same problem. Do you remember how you fixed it / did you fix it at all? I m at the part where I ve got to warp the canon to the canon guy and I m stuck.

well to open it you have to take the route to the cannon guy and there the shadow beings will appear

There is a specific area that they appear in near there I believe. I don't remember exactly where it is. Sorry.
