In Gamestop if it says "closed" on a game you bought, what does that mean?

I bought a game online for the 3DS, Harvest Moon tale Of Two Towns.
I pre-ordered a month ago, and I found out it already came out. I wanted to know what was wrong and when i went to teh Website and checked the history it said "closed $0.00" I mean, I really don't understand that. Does that mean I won't get my game? Does that mean I won't get my pre-ordered-special-prize-of-the-alpaca-plush?!!!
Is there anyway to -you know- fix it?
Cause i o want my game.... And the bank says my cards ok.. It has money in it anyway... and I don't knonw what happened..

it means the issue has been resolved. it says 0.00 so you weren't charged for the game.



either you didn't have enough money, your card was rejected, or the game was never released. email gs and ask what went wrong. probably too late to get the bonus unless it was gs's fault, in which case you can make a scene.

im not sure.... but i think that they will still give you the money discount you already put in, and they might still give you the pre-order bonus... when i got Arkham City it did for me, even though i picked it up like 2 weeks after it came out
