this laptop is spec'd to play warcraft just fun (not in optimal quality) but believe it or not laptops aren't really great gamer computers. it heats up quick allowing you have to purchase a laptop cooler. its is highly recommended.

i have heard stories about melted keyboards so take my advice. if you're playing in your house constantly it doesn't hurt to buy a PC. Not only you'll save moolah, you won't have to worry about overheating.

You can play WOW with it, but its performance would be so crippled by Windows Vista that the experience would be unpleasant. Drivers are not available for XP.

But... Look at the link. Buy the PowerPack, and trash Vista by installing Mandriva over it. WOW is certified for play on Cedega which is supplied with the Mandriva PowerPack.

I have installed Mandriva on a host of similar laptops with excellent results. The installer reports failure for the wireless but then it runs fine. The 64-bit version of Mandriva runs fine on this machine.

I would recommend a cooling trey for your laptop. Yes it will be lag free, but laptops tend to get hotter a lot faster than a desktop, especially when playing games.

WoW only uses 511mb of memory and that laptop has 3gb memory so yes WoW will play on your laptop. It will run really fast and will be 100% lag free!

Laptops aren't really made for games, but you can get laptops that can play games but you are looking to spend over £600+ for a decent one.
