I recently got a pottermore account, the moments worked fine the bars would fill up, I could zoom in and out, and arrow to the next scene worked fine. After about 2 days of having my account it stopped working.

I clicked on the pottermore sign where it takes you to the map and I scrolled down to the moments but it was all black. I was able to click on something it brought me to the moments but the bars won't fill I can't collect or zoom and can not use the arrow. I contacted pottermore they told me to try a different browser, empty cache and cookies and disable firewall. I did all of that and even tried it on an older mac computer and it still didn't work. I am currently using a macbook running on mavericks operating system and safari for the browser.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any idea on how I might be able to fix it?

I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM! I though I was the only one! It's driving me NUTS. I've tried emptying my cache, using a different browser, made sure all browsers were updated, made sure adobe flash was updated, made sure java was on, restarted my computer, and everything. NOTHING is working, and I have a Windows 8 computer! I also tried it on my work's computer, which is a Windows 7 professional computer. Same thing. No solution yet, will let you know.

I just got the moments to work again don’t know if it was coincidence or what, but it works For safari I just clicked on develop and start profiling JavaScript and it worked. My guess is that it has something to do with Java and the pottermore website probably a software bug.

I know how! please tell me if this works for you!

Okay, right click the pottermore homepage, and press inspect element. at the bottom of the new mini whie page that popped up you'll see a magnifying glass. press that. now if you hover over specific things on the site, they will highlight. hover over the area where your moments bar is supposed to be. Make sure the whole bar highlights, not just a little square that would be the size of an actual moment. press that. on the right of the white mini page youll see the words styles, compute and event listeners. under that, you'll see in red letters, width, position, and opacity (you may have to scroll down to see opacity. beside the word "opacity" you will see the number 0! PRESS THAT LETTER AND WRITE 100! :) IT SHOULD WORK!!! you may have to do it every time you re enter the sight. but at least you can play. and after a while you get used to doing it and it gets less confusing! :)

Same thing happened to me, except only after an hour of playing. Everything else works fine! I tried what NetaTheHuman suggested, and the moments showed up, but they're still not functioning right.
