Dragon Age: Origins Witch Hunt Ending?

Question

So I had my male warden essentially 'in love' with Morrigan and at the end of Witch Hunt, he stepped into the portal with her to see his son and spend his life by Morrigan's side. However, the question on my mind is. Will we see them again? I want to know what's on the other side of that portal, what Morrigan's plans are (she has been confirmed to being essential to the plot) And does anybody know if in future Dragon Age games, that the original Warden from Origins will be transferable to pick up where you left off?

We might see our Warden again in Dragon Age 3, which I believe is being worked on.

The Warden's story is over. The Warden might appear (as in not playable, but you might see them) in the Dragon Age 3 game, but they might not go into much detail with what happened with Morrigan and the baby.
