What is the Libram of Tenacity for in World of Warcraft?

Found it, got an offer from someone who wants to buy it for 10g. But what is it for? What does it do? Can i benifit from having the book at all?

As embarrassed as I am to admit I know this:



It's used to complete a couple of old-world (before Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King) quests. You can turn it in (along with some other things) to get an enchantment for your leg-slot item; it's also used in a paladin-class quest.

Dude, don't use a libram of rapidity on a twink, it's total crap. Get a libram of constitution, for +100 health.
