What kind of computer are you running, and what is your video card?

It's really important to know if your computer meets the minimum system requirements. I have gotten that message before, when I tried to install on a system that I thought might barely squeek by for minimum. It didn't.

You really need to make sure that:

1) You meet the minimum system requirements

2) You have updated device drivers and

3) You have the correct version of DirectX installed.

As for your WoW game installation process, make sure you install WoW before installing Burning Crusade. It will, however, stop you if you try to install BC without WoW.

This error is most likely to occure if yiu have windows Vista and Nvidia Video card, You need to go and update the drivers as during vista's release Nvidia and Vista had problems. So get the newest drivers and that should help

Error 132 indicates a problem with some of your device drivers.

I would follow the instructions on the Blizzard Support site for this problem. You can find it with this link:

Well a display device would be a monitor.

Probably try calling blizz customer support and ask for a transfer to IT.

WoW crashed to desktop on me when I first got it, and it was due to my graphics card. Either upgrade your drivers or buy a new graphics card.

systemrequirementslab.com (will determine whether your computer can run WoW or not).

This happened to a friend of mine. All we did was upgraded the driver to his video card. Hope this works for you also. :-)
