Is this a mediocre gaming computer?

I'm looking to play regular games like Amnesia, Penumbra, Team Fortress 2, Portal, etc. It doesn't have to be at max settings. Also I'm not going to try to play games like Crysis, or Skyrim. Although, it would be nice to play Skyrim on the PC instead of the shitty ps3!

The only thing I have to say is might want a better graphics card don't go for intel hd graphics.
