what game is similar to need for speed undergroud 2 for ps3?

i was wondering what game is similar to need for speed underground 2 like not racing wise but like custimizing cars and fixing them up with neons and so on i liked that...but i sold my ps2 and have a ps3 now and want to know if any ps3 game is simlar in tuning up cars and fixing them to race? thanks

the game is SO SICK and its a Free Roam game with loads of custom cars and the ability to add all sorts of custom things to your car its really awesome and cool you should try it out here is also some other need for speed games you probaly would like if you like the series.
