Runescape what best mithril weapon is there besides 2h sword?

I have the 2H sword, but i was thinking about getting another mithril weapon, along with a mithril shield. Yeah, another question, what is the best mithril shield? Thanks, correct answers - 10 points!

Hey dont worry.

Best mithril weapon that is 1-handed is scimitar.

It will giv u ur max hit. Its faster too.

The best shield in f2p is a kiteshield.

Kite shield blocks many attacks.

Mithril Scimitar is the next best weapon (and arguably the best single handed weapon, some say long sword but I strongly disagree). The best mithril shield would be a mithril kite shield. don't remember if there is such a thing as a Mithril Berserker Shield (there might only be Rune), but a charged one has better stats than Kites, although their charge drains which lowers their stats.

But yeah, best shield (at least for f2p) is kiteshield. Best weapon is longsword, scimitar, or 2h. (I prefer scimitar b/c it's got faster attack)
