i downloaded the patch and now i dont know how to install it

i have no idea how to answer your question, but have you tried the authors website? i'm sure the name is somewhere in the download or the place you download it.
Confession: When i was young i downloaded the nude patch for Tomb Raider. Nude patches are immature and childish, and i support your want.. no no.. your NEED for this nude patch. You go out there and get yourself some nude Gibberling love'n sir. Don't let anyone stop ya!
side note: any mod that alters the games files COULD get you banned from the game.
