I need new games to play. Suggestions?

The more suggestions and info, the better. I only have a PC, and a pretty good one, i can run GTA IV, so it's good :p

My preferences:
Stategy, Tactical, Open-World, War, WW2, Building (like simcity and Caesar), sports (ice hockey and AF),...

Games I liked: GTA 3-VC-SA-4, Red Alert 2, Simcity 4, Sims 3, Minecraft, Men of War (just the basic one), BF 1942-BC2, CoD 1-2-4-BO, Fallout 3, The Elder Scrolls Oblivion and Skyrim, Madden 08, NHL 09, Hitman BM, UFO:ET, Immortal Cities:Children of the Nile, Age of Empires 1-2-3, Age of Mythology, 1602 AD, the Godfather 1, Assassins Creed (all), Crysis 1-2

Have you played Fallout: New Vegas? Pretty amazing. The Halo, Gears of War, Mass Effect, Portal, and Half-Life series also occupied me for quite a while. And since these are all so well known, they're easy to download free via torrents.

You have to try the Sniper Ghost Warrior series. It is so awesome. Its a FPS where to play as a sniper most of the time. But sometimes you will switch to another soldier just as something happens and play it in there eyes. Plus I think it is more realistic than BF3. Just your heart rate will affect how much your crosshairs move.
