Guild Wars 2 - Can I open a new character on a new server.?

Hey,
Can I open a new character in a new server while I have some characters on another one?
ATM my 'World Home' is 'Gandara' and I want to open a new character at 'Desolation',
But when I want to move all the option that given to me are log in as a Guest or Transfer and existing character from 'Gandara'.

1. Is there any way to keep my old characters at 'Gandara' but start a new one at 'Desolation'?
2. If I will delete all my 'Gandara' characters will I get to choose a new 'Home World'?

1. No, your server choice is account based, not character based. All your characters will be on the same server.



2. Hmmm, this isn't clear atm, but I'm leaning towards No. Someone recently asked this on the official forums and Gaile Gray answered that no deleting all your characters will not reset your server. However someone else found an older post that said the opposite. But that may be something they changed when free transfers ended.



Right now you basically have 2 choices. You can "guest" to Desolation if you want to play with your friends/guild. This is free but you won't be able to participate in WvW on a guest server. Or you can pay the gem fee to transfer to Desolation permanently.

1. No. Your account is what is locked to the server, not your characters. Once you chose a server all of your characters are made there.



2. I don't know, but I seriously doubt it. Again because the server is an account choice, not a character choice.



Your only choices for playing on another server is to guest there with friends. This is a no-penalty system, you just can't participate with them in WvW. Or you can transfer, so you play on their server all the time, even when not guesting.

it is not out yet. a million. I preorder the constrained version one comes with particularly some stuff like a statue,spells and products ingame. 2.te experts are its purchase it and you don pay month-to-month. greater useful photographs then wow and in basic terms seem for video clips to confirm its epicness.
