WoW dwarf rogues or gnome rouge?

what are the benifits of rogues (and bad stuff) btw i want dps (i want a rogue ) what would look better gnome or dwarf rogue and why?

Go with a Gnome Rogue over a Dwarf...



Gnomes have escape artist which allows them to break snares on a 3 minute cooldown (almost like having an extra trinket). They also have Engineering specialization which improves the skill by 5.



Dwarves big racial is stoneskin which makes them immune to poison, disease, and bleed effects for a short period of time.



All races have decent racials these days...you just gotta choose one based on your style. Neither race will give you a boost in DPS for PvE but I feel Gnome Rogues, especially ones with engineering are a HUGE headache in PvP. They can just break out of so many things.



Also...a previous answer is correct...the Horde HATES Gnomes...

I had a level 29 Blood Elf twink rogue for a long time, then decided I hated her and deleted her. Such a waste of gold and time for me. I just couldn't get a good grasp on how to work her in pvp. However, many people swear by the rogue. As for a dwarf or gnome, I would go with a gnome, unless you learn that a dwarf has more passive abilities for that class. Do a bit of reading on the forums. I personally like my Blood Elf fire mage.

This is what my little brother said. He doesn't play retail but when he's not in school or sleeping, he's playing WoW on free servers, he's obsessed and has been for the last year lol



"Gnome, definitely, racial speed removing skill would help rogues slip away from combat, and dwarf racial stone form doesn't really help rogues much. Dwarfs, to me at least, are a paladin/warrior class mostly while gnomes with their small stature, increased intelligence, and speed altering removing effect are good for mages/rogues."

Rogues are one of my favorite classes in the game. They are very good dps in PVE and also CRUSH other classes at PvP.. If you are new it will be hard to get use to.

If you are looking to play well i would honestly not go gnome or dwarf... Humans have the best racials for pve and pvp for rogue. The seccond best option would be night elf. probably next would be dwarf then gnome. Each race has different stats as they level and night elfs and humans have the greatist so i would go with them. Gnomes should only be used as twink rogues because they are small lol.

Well, a number of reasons come into affect. Many to all Horde greatly dislike the Gnome. So, if you enjoy irritating the Horde, pick as gnome; nothing better than killing horde and pissing the crap outta them because they got pawned by a gnome lol/

Gnomes are also much better rogues because they are less detectable.

Not only that, but in my opinion, dwarfs are ugly.

In conclusion, gnomes are better in many ways.

I made mine a nelf because of shadowmeld, its like a second vanish :P but out of the options you gave id have to say Human for their racial " Every man for himself ". Also humans are better at detecting invisibility, which could give you an advantage over other rogues.

I would go with gnome for battling other people(PVP) or for just lvling i would go with the dwarf for more health.
