In world of warcraft, it wont let me zoom out, HELP!?

I was trying to zoom out on my wow character, and im using the mouse scroller and its not working, so i tried to zoom in and it zoomed in all the way. so now i cant even see my guy which is a little of a problem. i tried using the home and end keys and they do not work either. i also tried 2 different mouses and they did not work. its frustrating help me! thanks.

Your key bindings for the zoom is unbound.



To fix this go to your Game menu (Escape) > Key bindings > Scroll till you see "Camera Functions" > To the left it should say "Zoom Out" (fourth one down) click the red box to the right of it (key 1) and scroll down > The box should now say "Mouse wheel down" and in the long thin box by the "Ok" button it should say "Key bound successfully" if you did it right.

You do NOT need to repeat these steps for key 2.

Leave key 2 just as it is.

Then when it says "Key bound successfully" click ok and you should be good! :)

there is also a "max distance" setting in your options menu. use that to be able to zoom out as far as possible. and make sure your mouse isnt the "click scroll" kind. my husband has that kind of mouse and is forever not able to scroll to zoom out because he has clicked the wheel. AND make sure your key bindings are set to use the scroll for zooming out.

WoW maybe your parents are hard up for cash at the minute. Maybe if you give them the money for it or you could always flunk school and blame your parents for not getting you the subscription lol. There just scared you`ll become a freak that stays in all day playing video games with no social life. Just talk to your parents and explain to them that your doing great in school and that you see no reason for them to deny you the game.

Agree, ask tech support, or check if you have anything keybinded to it, check it by going into (in WoW) Interface>Keybindings and scroll down a bit 'til you see "Zoom in" and "Zoom out".
