World of Warcraft realm transfer help?

Ugh I've been trying all night to transfer my character to a different realm. I attempted it first to transfer then everything went through and then I cancelled it because I realized the realm was full (Moonguard) and I would just get denied. Then I picked a different realm (Wyrmrest Accord) and attempted to transfer to that. I mistyped my credit card number a few times accidently. Then after I got it right, it said

"We encountered a problem processing this credit card.
Please contact Billing & Account Services for further assistance. "

I'm like OH WELL and I tried again, same thing. Then every half hour or hour I've been trying again to do it SAME THING comes up. And honestly, I don't have time now to call blizzard and wait 3 and a half hours to talk to somebody who WONT help me. So I decided to come here. I have to go to work in an an hour so help quick, so it can be transferred by the time I get back. Thanks bunches guys!

Do what it says, contact billing. You've likely had your account flagged (or your credit card, or both) as a security measure. 99% of the time there's nothing you can do online if this is the case; you'll have to talk with Blizzard to have them manually reset the flags so it's safe to transfer again.

There was some regulations, yet snowstorm bumped off them. see you later as you pay the 25 USD (and have not transferred that comparable character in a minimum of three days), you're able to do a flow.

I think you should call billing and account services to see if you were not over charged and have them help you with the transfer. Just be patient and do it right. You will be happy about it after it's done and over with!

make sure your not being over charged from trying to transfer your char or if you lost it during the transfer, most likely yoru gonna have to call em

Sorry but I'm suggesting calling them and dealing with the wait. If you can't do that, buy a canoe and go outside.
