I play cod mw2 mp on pc and i played a match today and I saw 1 player using a javelin unlimitedly he just gets kills and kills is it a hack or what

P.S they say it is a perk called 1 man army but it is not!!!!

ya it cant be one man army because that perk takes over the secondary weapon slot which happens to be where your launchers are located and it was prolly the javelin glitch on pc its really easy for people to get around the glitches but idk if they even patched it on pc- i play on xbox.
