I've beaten the lost levels and I've been checking out the Head-On Levels and the game feels like a revamped version of Twisted Metal 4.
Calypso looks like a Nintendo WII pokemon master, you have silly characters like Cousin Eddie (reminds me of the moon buggy), the music tracks are reminiscent of the Area 51 and Neon City levels from TM3 and TM4, and the physics engine is the most unrealistic in the series (cars stop instantly without slowing down).
The game just has the same juvenile vibe as Twisted Metal 4.
Twisted Metal Black impressed me greatly when it was released.
Twisted Metal Head-On just feels like I waited six-years to play the same game that 989 released nine years ago...
