Hey, I just made a mage and he's level 8.
I tried to make a macro that casts Frostbolt, Fireball, Fireblast, Arcane Missles in a sequence but it just says "Spell is not ready yet" after Fireblast because of global cooldowns. Could anyone tell me EXACTLY what I should type in to make this macro work?

Hey Man,

Basically you cannot just click the button once you have made the macro and it cast all the spells. you cannot get away with this.

you can however make the macro so each line is a new spell and multiple clicks of the button will then cast each spell as you have indicated it should look something like this

/cast Reset (0)

Frost bolt,

Fireball,

fire blast

etc

easiest way is to go on google and type in wow Madge macros and you ll get a good list of macros affable for copy and paste. i suggest you also watch your global cool down and how Mania hungry that cast combo is. is it really necessary when you can just span frost bolt + wand ?

Are you talking about casting all of those at the same time: Not possible.

If you are talking about casting them in a sequence (like cycling through spells), then it IS possible:

/castsequence Frostbolt, Fireball, Arcane Missiles, Fireblast

this should cycle though those spells and cast each one, but you have to press the button you put the macro on each time.

This is how i am thinking it: if you want to make a macro like that i dnt think u can, you will have to make solo macros such as /cast frostbolt /cast fireball and then you will just have to click em in order. But why make a macro instead of just using the spell's button. This may be a different version of macro from what i'm thinking of and what you're thinking of. im a clicker so u might be thinking of non-clicker version idk.

You can't do that, it's considered over-automated now. You can macro some things like cooldowns together with one offensive spellcast. eg

/cast Icy Veins

/cast Arcane Blast
Ferfire

Best would be just to use the spell on a button. You cannot have a macro do each spell as you want it to due to limitations set by Blizzard. Only instant spells can be combined.

First of all, Blizzard just lately further the crucial coding required to forged the right degree of the ones expertise at the goal. I was once joyful, upload extra main points specifying different matters you need and MAYBE I can support you out. Also, move to the WoW boards, specially the Macros/UI discussion board. Also. You additionally need to specify what's "right" to your variety.

Since I don't play anymore and never ever needed a castsequence macro I might only be able to help you with that link, it's worth reading.
