Now first of all, I sadly couldn't play Skyrim on my laptop, so if Shadow of the Colossus is a good RPG with a nice ancient, Skyrim-like open world setting, then I will be SO VERY up for it. However, I'm a tad bit impatient while playing video games that require puzzle solving, so if SoC has too much of that, then its a bit of a no-go for me. One last thing, I like killing stuff in video games, and if SoC just has the Colossi to kill and nothing else at all I may not prefer it much. So guys, keeping all this in mind please tell me which one should I buy fro my PlayStation 2!!

First of all, shadow of the colossus is only the colossi, so it might not be what your looking for. However, I played it and found myself really enjoying it and I would get it if you had the chance. You have to not look at it as a game, but more as a work of art, because the presentation is definitely what sells it. The game play and story are pretty good, except the controls are a bit backward, but that can be fixed. Overall, I would recommend it. I've never played Prince of Persia though, so that could be the better choice for you. I don't know.

Two Thrones get a bit unfair and frustrating near the end but is a decent game, better than Forgotten Sands anyway. Shadow of the Colossus on the other hand is a game that needs to be played to understand why its a masterpiece. Its intensely story driven and has some slight RPG elements but over all the game is not something a true gamer should miss, EVER.

Prince of Persia would probably be a better choice as Shadow of the Colossus is an open world game but has 16 enemies throughout the whole game and is a game of patience.

no enemies other than the colossus though but it's defanetly epic on the HD version and Prince of Persia for the PS2 might be a bit easier to come by for PS2 as it is a great bit cheaper and less rare

I was going to give you a serious answer, but then I read "I like killing stuff in video games". So, no. Go play some dumb FPS.
