I saw that my NAT was strict on mw2, so i disabled/enabled my UPnP while stopping port forwarding an old port for a server(which isnt in use) on my linksys WRT54G router. now whenever i enable UPnP i lose internet connection, but it works when its disabled, however when its disabled i can't seem to conenct to any multiplayer servers for games, except minecraft. :( i've tried everything i know of except reseting it... any ideas? thanks

you may of bricked the firmware for the router. Which is not fixible.

You have two options you could try:

#1. Go to Router Settings... select Administration... then click on Factory Reset

that will reset it back the all the factory defaults you had when you bought it

#2. Go to Linksys website... find model number for your router AND VERSION NUMBER, which is located on the back of your router and download your firmware again or the newer upgrade and install that...

One of those options should work...

call your ISP. it can be a concern inclusive of your wiring, or only via sign on your neighbourhood. My neighbourhood is previous, and the sign is stupid-susceptible. My internet connection drops out often, in step with risk each hour or so, and that i can not play video games on line till my provider provider has the possibility to do away with the siding from our abode to change the previous wires, and then element they could land up rewiring neighbourhood bins.
