Whic one , PSP or Nintendo DS ?

I'm going away for about two months to a relative's house who live in another city ( it's more of an obligation ) , anyways since I can't take my ps3 with me , I'm thinking about buying either a psp or a Nintendo DS so I won't kill myself out of boredom .

I've never even looked at those handhelds before cause small screens turn me off , but it's time to buy one .

I like japanese rpgs , I like rpgs in general , also original games with creative ideas are a plus for me , so I'm gonna buy the system that has more of those ( the controls in that system mean a lot too ) , any information you have about either systems would be greatly appreciated , Thank you .

Then the DS is for you. I'm not an RPG fan but there is a huge amount of rpgs, especially Japanese ones on the DS.



Then there are games like Professor Layton and the Curious Village. Phoenix Wright. Plus many, many more.



There are of course great games on the PSP but from what I gather from other people there are not nearly as many.



The PSP though has the added bonuses of being able to play movies and music. It is possible to do this on the DS using a flashcard such as the Acekard or CycloDS but the quality is not as good and the screen on the PSP is bigger.

If you can wait until April to buy then the DSi (search on Google) is being released in US and PAL regions in early April.

psp it is worth the money give a two year old a ds and a psp he will take the ds a mature person who doesent need parental block would get the psp better graphics themes and wallpapers you have remote play witch you can change settings on your ps3 from your psp anywhere where there is wi-fi you have better longer games it stores music pics videos movies games demos you can use your ps3 account to make purches on your psp all music game trailers and most wallpapers and themes are free it will provide you weeks of entertianment untill you get bored then just get a new game and it starts all over again because its like getting a whole new world of gaming the ds you can finish in a couple of days and the graphics are almost worse than galaga and pac man i sold my ds for a psp and dident think twice about it i think nintendos games are really immature and like cartoons to me they never come up with anything new all zelda games are almost exactly the same and same with mario and all the other nintendo stars nintendo has been trying to keep selling for decades now the psp really offers the best deal just most momws see it as a parental control thats cheaper than all the other stuff and just want to save money i recommend just getting a travel charger for the trip because the battery only lasts 7-8 hours so just get the psp and you will be very amazed at how much fun that little thing is some good games are ratchet and clank daxter secreat agent clank god of war worms star wars renagade squadren and iron man that will give you mybe a year of entertianment
