Portland: Flamethrower
Get a decent car, such as the cab or something that is not too heavy. Drive from your hideout in Portland to the end of the road to your left. Turn around, and drive on the grass under the monorail tracks. On the left section of grass will be a jump made out of concrete. Jump off it, and try to land on the monorail tracks, or at least on the stairway so you are facing the same way that you were driving. Drive in-between the tracks, as you do not want to take a chance at getting knocked off by the monorail. You will soon see a glowing circle on your right, which is the flamethrower. Drive over to it, and park next to the ledge-type object below it. Jump onto the hood of the car and take the flamethrower. Save the game at this point, as it may be difficult to get it again.

Take the pill that is in the Portland docks, hidden between two mobile homes. Then, run towards the ships until you find the building with the stairs. Run up the stairs to get on top of the roof. Across from you on the roof is a package. Run as fast as you can and jump just before you fall off the end. You should make it if the pill has not worn off yet.

Start in your hideout, get the bat, and steal a car. Go on the walkway and drive up to the steps near China Town. You can kill as many people as desired and get easy money. Watch out for the cops and triads. Do not use a gun to kill a triad member, or your wanted level will go up. If this happens and it is only one star, and go on the tracks until your wanted level goes back down.

Bait Mission: Easy Completion
This mission is slightly easier if you have completed the car list in the warehouse on Shoreside Vale. Get a big, fast car (for example, a Sentinel), then start the mission. As you return to Shoreside Vale, the first death squad will start to chase you. Enter the courtyard with the death squad directly on your tail. Drive flat out through the courtyard and up the ramp. The death squad will be picked off by the Yakuza gunmen. They will not follow you over the ramp. You may need to take each death squad through the courtyard two or three times. You will destroy several cars using this method. If you have completed the car list, change the motor for a new one after every other jump, before it explodes. You will have a ready supply of decent cars in the warehouse.

Espresso-2-Go Mission: Easy Completion
Do not go to the first stand. Drive around town until all of the nine stands have shown up on the map -- some are in Shoreside Vale. When you hit the first stand, the eight minutes will start and you now have that time to just destroy the stands instead of looking for them while the timer is running. You should finish the mission with plenty of time remaining.

Cutting The Grass Mission: Easy Completion
When you go to wait for the man, steal a taxi. Instead of getting in the taxi he was supposed to enter, he will get in yours. He will tell you to go to the Portland docks. Once you get there, an intermission sequence will begin. Then, just complete the rest of the mission.

Big 'N' Veiny Mission: Easy Completion
Go to the Portland Dock where the emergency crane is located. Enable the "Tank" code. Note: Other autos could also work. Get in the tank and drive it between the emergency crane and the doors at the left of the crane . Repeat this step four times until you have at least five tanks between emergency crane and the doors. Then, walk to the telephone where you start the mission. Do not steal or drive a car, as this would take the tanks away. Instead, go there by foot. Walk to the phone both to start mission, drive up to the third magazine, and the mission will be complete. The mission is completed because the tanks will have destroyed the van, and the explosion kills the man and that stops the timer.

Shoreside Vale: Hummer Checkpoint Mission
There is a small dirt park at the edge of the island on the residential side. You can, if you feel lucky, drive off the road going past the mansions and land there. Or, you can drive the switchbacks down, take a left to go towards the water (you should be descending), take a left, then take a right onto the dirt road at the bluff. Follow it to a Humvee that has another checkpoint mission. Note: the Hummer can climb near-vertical walls, just switchback your way up, going right, then left, and so on.

Shoreside Vale: Secret Walkway On Bridge
On the Shoreside Vale lift bridge, find a piece of cement that is slanted. This piece of cement holds a beam on the bridge on the far left or right sides of the bridge. Once it is found, get your car and place it so you can jump on the car to the piece of cement. Once on top, find the blue walkway. Jump towards the walkway to get on it.

Bling-Bling Scramble Mission: Easy Completion
Enable the "Tank" code. Get in the tank and pull up to the starting dot with your tank facing the first checkpoint. When the race begins, the Cheetah or Infernus (differs from game to game) will swoop at you in an attempt to knock you off course. If it hits you, it will explode. If not, then it is an easy shot for the turret. The Patriot is easy to destroy because it is slow. The Bobcat will probably take more work, because it drives smarter. Once all three cars are destroyed, finish the race. Try to destroy the cars within the first five checkpoints.

Dead Skunk In Da Trunk Mission: Easy Completion
After Joey tells you what to do, go to where the car is located but do not get in. There should be a Moon-Beam (van) located at the side of the cafe. Take it and drive it backwards towards the two poles at the front of the café. Make sure not to hit the Forelli brother car. Park the van in- between the two poles, so that the back of the car is barely touching the poles. Next, get out of the car and enable the "All weapons" code. Get on top of the van and jump on the thing the poles are holding up. Take out the rocket launcher and shoot the first Forelli brother car. If you are facing the street, it should be located the left. It is the only car with its lights on. After that, the second Forelli brother car will come after you. Shoot at it. The car will not be able to hit you if you stay on top. Do not shoot it when it is next to the car with the dead body in the trunk. After that, you should have a safe, uninterrupted ride to the crusher.

Farewell Chunky Lee Chong Mission: Easy Completion
Go to China Town, where Chunky Lee Chong is located. Do not activate the intermission of Chunky Lee Chong counting his money by stepping past the row of poles. Enable the "All weapons" code, take out the Bazooka, aim it at the booth that Chunky Lee Chong is at, and the mission will be done. Note: Speed away quickly so the Triads that were guarding Chunky Lee Chong do not chase after you.

Bomb Da Base: Act II: Easy Completion
Jack a car and drive it to the ship before the mission starts. Then, drive it onto the ship and park it anywhere in the middle or front. Next, jack another car and place it near the first one. Then, jack a third car and place it in front of the ramp leading to the ship. You may add more cars if you feel it is necessary, but three should be enough. Then, drive to 8-Ball's place and start the mission. Let him out of the car and climb up the ladder to get a good vantage point. Once up there, enable the "Destroy all cars" code. The cars you placed should all explode and kill most of the men. Anyone that survived can be picked off with the sniper rifle.

Salvatore Has Called A Meeting Mission: Easy Completion
After you pick up Luigi and Joey and are picking up Tony, turn into his parking lot and get into the back of the lot. Make sure that you have already enabled "All weapons" code. The Triads will setup a roadblock with their trucks at the entrance to the lot. Get out of the limo and switch to your missile launcher. Shoot a missile at the trucks. This should destroy them. Finish off the rest of the Triads with your M-16. Then, get out of the lot and go left up the big hill. When you get to the top, get out of the limo and switch to your missile launcher. There should be Triad truck blocking the path you take to Salvatore's. Shoot them with a missile. Then, drive into that opening and you should have a easy ride to Salvatore's.

Shoreside Vale: Hidden City
Enable the "Tank" and "Dodo City" codes. Fire the tank turret backwards continuously until you fly. Fly high enough to escape the boundaries in the game. Fly high over the closed tunnel near the dam and the observatory. Then, look for a tiny levitating town. Note: Some games freeze up at this point.

S.A.M. Mission: Easy Completion
A better way to take out the plane at the airport would be to take a fast car directly to the airport as the level starts. Use the bridge to get to Shoreside Vale instead of the boat. Try to get to the bridge as fast as possible. When you get off the bridge at Shoreside Vale, turn left into the airport and take a right turn to head for the planes. Keep going until you see the fire truck to the left of you. Pick up the fire truck and park it on the runway before the plane lands. Ignore the time as the plane lands after the clock ticks away. You will see the plane crash straight into the fire truck without you having to bazooka it. Pick up the cargo and enable the "No wanted level" code.

Speedboat Mission: Easy Completion
Before you go to see Donald Love (the mission after saving the older oriental gentleman), pick up a 2 1/2 ton truck in the weapons yard at the northern most part of Staunton Island. Go to see Love, then after the mission begins, head for Asuka's. Back the truck slowly into the opening for the docks and leave it there. Go down the stairs and get in the speedboat. Pick up the packages -- when you have them all, your wanted level will be at 5. Return to the dock outside Asuka's. You can land the boat onto the dock. Run up, get in the truck, and head back up the road. Take the alley on the hill. This is where the Pay 'N Spray is located. Park the truck so it will block traffic from behind you -- you cannot paint it. The black cars are loaded with four FBI agents with assault rifles. You can now do one of two things. Either get in the mini van and get in the Pay 'N Spray; but if for some reason you cannot, then run up to the Pay N' Spray and hide in the garage bay. In a few seconds, the only thing around will be the helicopter. Once you get near the road again, the FBI comes out in force. Get one or two cars to follow you into the alley area, then run back up towards the Pay 'N Spray and get out your assault rifle. If done correctly, you should have at least one FBI car near the ramp. Take out the agents and be careful not to shoot the car too much. Steal the FBI car and take it to the Pay 'N Spray. They will paint it since it is unmarked. From here, you can park the car in your garage. You may want to keep it since it is one of the hardest cars to get. Steal a car and take the packages back to Love. Staunton Island: Get Into The Police Building
Get a police car and go through the gate to the right or left of the police station to where the Enforcer and a squad car is parked. Turn around and face the police department. Then, run to the left of the slope going down to the garage, and run up the steps to the wall of the building. Go around the police building to the left through the little gap in the short wall and follow the narrow walkway. Then, after a few steps, you can go through the wall of the building. The ground here will be blue and blurry. You can see the cell from which you had to bust out that man in the mission. If you walk towards the cell, you will drop throughtthe ground and will land on the street next to the police building.

The Beneath The Rock Glitch
Drive over to Asuka's place and take a boat. Drive the boat over to the place with the small bridge over the inlet in the bay [at the edge of Fort Staunton]. Hug the coast. When the rock gets grassy, drive straight into the rock,head-on. You'll actually go through the rock! There are weird holes in the water in the rock. If you drive in one you'll fall in and end up in the ceiling of the tunnel below you. If you dodge the holes, drive deeper into the rock [don't worry if you get weird camera angles]. You will end up falling from the sky and landing on the bridge you went past. You're still in your boat,but your boat is stuck in the middle of the road!

Two Faced Tanner: Easy Completion
Enable the "Tank" code during the mission. Get in it, turn the turret backwards and drive onto the blue circle. An intermission sequence will begin. Drive after him, pressing Circle to give you speed. Rear end his car and he will explode.

Turismo Mission: Easy Completion
When doing the first Diablo mission, "Turismo", go to the starting grid. Start the race and once it begins, jump out of your car. Run into the bushes to the right. When you get there, enable the "Destroy all cars" code. The other racers will explode and put you in first place. Then, just complete all the check points to complete the mission.

The Getaway Mission: Easy Completion
When the robbers get in the car, the alarm will go off inside the bank. The cops will then be on you. After all the robbers get in your car, enable the "No wanted level" code to prevent this.

Triads And Tribulations Mission: Easy Completion
In the Triads and Tribulations mission for Toni, you have to kill three men working for the Triads. Kill the man on the street by doing a drive-by. Next, get out of your car and kill the man in China Town. You should be set up to approach the last man from behind. Make sure you kill this man last. Do not actually pull into the Triad headquarters to kill him. Instead, pull off into the park and you will see a hill in the grass. Get on top this hill to look over the fence surrounding their headquarters. Enable the "All weapons" code and use the sniper rifle to kill the last man. When you are done, the gangsters that are riding along with you will start walking towards the fence. Follow them there after a few seconds they will bend over and stick there heads through the fence. This is an easy way to beat the mission with a humorous ending.

Get 6 Vehicles In Staunton Island Garage
To get 6 cars in your Staunton Island garage, you must first know were the cars that you want are located. Then, you must have at least one car already in the garage so that when you are ready to start bringing in the other cars, it will help you hold the garage door open. Thirdly, when you start to pull the cars into the garage, you must park the vehicles in the garage three in a row. (trust me, they will all fit)

Borgnine Taxi
This car is actually pretty good. You must do 100 taxi missions (they don't have to be in a row) in order to get it. You should do the taxi missions in a place where you know th roads well. Once you have done 100, you will get a message on your beeper. Go to the Taxi place in Harwood and you will find it parked by a garage. (it is by the Diablos phone.)

Bulletproof Bobcat
By far the toughest bulletproof car to get. Like the Cheetah, this Bobcat is bulletproof, fireproof, and explosionproof, but very tough to get. To start, you’ll need a big, tough truck like a Barracks OL or a Flatbed. Now, start the mossion "Evidence Dash". Find the Bobcat carrying the evidence and ram it to flip it onto its hood. You’ll get a notification about this car being a decoy – it doesn't matter. This part is what’s tough. You have to take whatever vehicle you might be driving and push the Bobcat all the way back across town to your garage. Let it go offscreen for too long and it’s gone, although it can last longer out of your sights than the elusive Cheetah. Depending on where you flipped the Bobcat, it could be easy to get or tough to get.

Off Road Missions
Of the 4 off road missions in the game, at least 2 have a glitch in them which makes them a lot easier. The missions "A Ride In the Park" with the Landstalker and "Multi-Storey Mayhem" with the Stallion each have a glitch in that if you get a checkpoint just before the mission ends you can do the rest of the mission without being timed. Now you can take your time getting the rest of the checkpoints. The only thing you have to worry about is tipping over the horrible Landstalker!

Easier Sniper Rampages
The sniper rampages can be rather difficult and it took me many tries to complete them, until I found out a few things. First, there can only be so many gang members on the street at once, so if you go all the way to the end of wherever you are standing, the gang members will spot you and come running. They will run against the wall below you and you will not be able to shoot them, leaving less people to shoot. Also, if you shoot a few gang members and take your fire off of R1 (to leave first person view) the gang members on the street will respawn, leaving a lot gang members to shoot.

Early Access To All 3 Islands
On the first island, go to the tunnel that leads to the other islands. There is a wall up that stops you - or *should* stop you. You must be in a car, start at the top of the hill just above the curve leading down to the tunnel entrance, flip the car off the rock wall and slide upside down (on the roof) towards the barracade on the right side of the lane divider. If you were going fast enough, your car will slide upside down THROUGH the baracade, and you can exit the car on the other side (before it blows up). Then it is just a long walk/run to one of the other islands and save at the safe house there. If you die, you will go back to the original island, but if you stop, and load game - you will be back on the new island.

Twilight Zone By Shoreside Vale
When you are doing the mission where you have to get the bazooka, drive a boat out to the water, and shoot the plane down, and collect the cargo, there's a glitch. Once you gathered all the packages, go in the speed boat the guy had. Go in that, and ram into the wall where you found it. After awhile you will go through and giant waves will pound over you. Your boat will disappear, then come back spinning and flipping around in a blue screen. Then, your boat will just appear on the shore, or in the street near the shore in Shoreside Vale. I know its complicated, but it's true!! Try it!

Hidden Message From Programmers
Go to the parking lot behind the building where the mission kingdom come took place. It's the one where you get in the car and Catilina has men chase you down with bombs attached to there chests. Put on the better drinving skills code and jump over the wall the blocks you off from the apartment bulidings where all the trees are. Look on the wall behind you (the one you just jumped over)and somewhere on the wall theres a hidden message from the programmer. You'll have to find out yourslef what it says. Bye-Bye Salvatore
After Salvatore sends you out on your last mission for the Leone family, you move on to Staunton Island. Your first mission is to "Take care of" Salvatore. There is an alley directly across from the Club. In the alley, there are stairs to the roof. Once up there, you can see the front of the building from the edge of the roof. Punch in the code for all weaopns ( it's on the site) and take out the rocket launcher. Three cars will pull up to the Club and Salvatore will run out. As soon as he gets close to the middle car, fire. Bye-bye Salvatore.

Rocket Launcher Rampage
In Portland go to the rode were the hospital and police station is, it's next to callahan bridge. The biulding that is at the end of the road has an opening that you can drive through. Donald Love's Building
This hint is quite complex but its well worth it. If done right you should be able to fly any of the cars (as you normaly would when the Dodo cheat is on) with empty roads. Liberty city would have no running trafic. The only cars wil be in the parking lots. Enable the "Dodo car" or "flying" code. Next enter the Tank code. Both should be listed on this site. You have to be in Shorside Vale for this. Go over the smaller bridge from the industrial part of Shorside Vale to the residental. (Not The Dam) you should be on a 4 lane road with houses on the side. Now turn the turent on the tank arround using the left analog stick. Shoot the tank gun and hold accelerate. Keep shooting even after you lift off of the ground. Go twords the stadium in Staunton Island (while in the air). Once you get over it drop in. I expected to land on the field but you don't. you land under it. Its hard to explain. Well anyway there are two things you can do #1 (recomended) shoot all the different guns randomly. In any direction any gun. then go close to the wall shoot the rocket launcher and die. when you arive at the hospital there will be no cars on the road. #2 From inside the stadium drive the tank arround tords the entrance to the stadium.(you can see it while in your tank) You will fall down verrrrrry far until you are placed in front of the stadium. No cars should be there. One of these two codes works. From there, again get the tank. Drive it to the long road near the hospital. Turn the turrent around and accelerate while firing. Again you will rise. Keep firing and holding X until you fly near Donald Love's Building. You should be high enough to land there. From up there you can go into his office and everything. NOTE - Saving will freeze the game.

Get 3 Cars In A 2 Car Garage
In the 2-car garage, have a car in there already like the Buggy or anything accept a tank. Now have 2 cars a little far away, now park one half way in but really close to the Buggy, just enough to squeeze through. Now you have to make sure you have it half way in and half way out just to hold the garage door open. then park the other car in all the way and then get out and park the other in. You might have to jump out of the cars to get in and out but it’s worth it, plus you might see the garage door freak out. But it’s real easy and cool to keep sports cars cause that’s the easiest to get in there don’t use a Jeep or a Van, have fun God Bless.

Free Armor
To get free armor, you first have to find an Enforcer, that's the amored cars that appear when you have four stars. When you get in the car, you will have full armor. Good Sniper Point, A Rampage, And A Package

In Portland, get a decent car, such as the cab or something that is not too heavy. Drive from your hideout in Portland to the end of the road to your left. Turn around, and drive on the grass under the monorail tracks. On the left section of grass will be a jump made out of concrete. Jump off it, and try to land on the monorail tracks, or at least on the stairway so you are facing the same way that you were driving. Drive in-between the tracks, as you do not want to take a chance at getting knocked off by the monorail. You will soon see a glowing circle on your right, which is the flamethrower. Drive over to it, and park next to the ledge-type object below it. Jump onto the hood of the car and take the flamethrower. Save the game at this point, as it may be difficult to get it again.

Mini-game In Portland
n Portland, near Toni's place, is an alley with a parked van marked "Toyz". Get in the van to play a rampage mini-game involving an RC car with a bomb attached to it. You get $1000 for each Mafia car you destroy. This game can be played as many times as desired.

Hidden Package In Staunton Island
In Staunton Island, there is a hidden package on the hospital roof in Stauton Island. The package is on the corner of the building directly across from the stairs. To get the package, park an ambulance parallel, right next to the building where the package is located. Then, park any "van" perpendicular to the ambulance. Then, park any "car" next to the van. Finally, just jump onto each vehicle to get to the roof. The hospital parking lot contains plenty of vehicles to choose from.

Yardie Lobo Car In Staunton Island
n Staunton Island, drive around your garage (around the block or elsewhere), and find a red car with a white top and panther colored seats. This is a gang car, called the Yardie Lobo. Once you find it, press R3 and move the Analog-stick Up, Down, Left, Right, or diagonally to move it. Press L3 to make the car push up and remain that way. Press the L3 continuously to jump with your hydraulics.

Drive-By Shootings
Enter any car with the Uzi and press R2 + Circle and L2 + Circle to fire. With R2 he will shoot right and L2 left. Your character will reach out his arm out the window and fire his. This only works with the UZI though. Control your aim by moving forward and backward with you vehicle.

Tank Storage
The game will remember the location of tanks, no matter where they are. Enable the "Tank" code (press Circle(6), R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle), then park the it near your safe house. Save your game, and when you load it again the tank will be where you saved it. Note: It is not necessary to ever park it in the garage.

Fast Tank
To get the tank to go extremely fast, turn your turret to face directly back, then fire repeatedly. Watch your shots -- if you hit any cars the cops will chase you. This is especially useful for the Vigilante missions.

Get To Staunton Island Early
Use the following trick to get to Staunton Island before the bridge is fixed and before the subway is open. Go to the bridge to Staunton Island. Go past where the blockage cones are located, to basically be on the bridge. Enable the "Dodo car" code (press Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1), then the "Tank" code (press Circle(6), R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle). Make sure you are all the way back to get enough room to take off using the tank (as a plane). Start firing the cannon backwards and accelerate. Keep firing the cannon backwards, and just as you get to the edge where the bridge has been broken, you will take off. Try and get back on the ground. If done correctly, you will now be on Staunton Island and when you cross the bridge, the "Welcome To Staunton Island" screen will appear. Note: You can use nearly any car, but the tank has a better ability to fly higher.

A View To A Kill
Find a car that is stopped at a stop light and hop up onto the top of the hood then walk onto the roof. From there you have two things working for you. You have a great view to pop some heads and also you can use any toy of distruction. The down side to this whole plan is the police. Once they decide to show, the owner of the car reacts in different ways. Some will try to remove you from the top of their cars by driving crazy, and some just flow. A way of avoiding the police comes with how selective you are with the crowd. Shoot only gang members, the police could care less, but remember gangs like to deal it out too, the only difference is gangs don't show up in great numbers with helicoptors.

Vehicle Deliver Mission
This is not a mission one of the bosses or people tell you to do it is a side mission you have to find. On the first level go to the area with the 2 big boats. Go to the boat that you can go on but dont go on it. Once there drive to the left until you see a crane magnet hanging. once there go left you will see stripped yellow lines in front of a building on the building there is a list of vehicle to deliver. find the vehicles and drive them to the builing and the gate will open you drive it in and the leave the building the find the next vehicle. some vehicles on the list will be hard to find. Im not sure what you get once all vehicles are delivered im still working on it. I will let you know when i find out.

Get 3rd Level Without Doing Missions
Once you get to second level wheter you beat the first level or cheat to get to it go to the peir and find a boat. Once you got a boat go to the left of the docks a drive until you hit some bowies once you hit them turn around and drive along the edge of the water at the right until you have a good area to drive boat onto land once the boat is on the land push it to the road find a truck and steal it. Once in the truck push the boat in front of the military base while on the main road that you are on once past the base push the boat to the left towards the water once boat is near water get out of truck and push the boat with the person to the water once boat starts to fall in quickly press the triangle button then he should get in the boat and the boat should fall in the water. Once in the water go straight across the water to the other side and drive along the edge until you find a good area to go on land once on the land you are the Shoreside Vale level. Go to the little house on the little radar and save. Now when you die you can load the level instead of doing this all over again.
