Warcraft 3 ERROR!! HELP PLZ?

Question

When I try to go onto wc3 i get an error that says Warcraft III was
unable to initialize DirectX. Please insure you have
DirectX 8.1 or newer installed and that your display
drivers are current.I have the most recent directx installed and i found out my video card needs to be updated (i think).I have an Everex stepnote laptop running with Vista.

When i type in Dxdiag to Start and Run.I get this.Plz someone help me i have been all over the internet for days/hours trying to find the problem to this and im not very good with computers so i need to have directions on how to do this and what to go to.Please dont refer/send me to another site on this topic i have seen them ALL already.

i'd agree its both contained in the caps lock key OR your in simple terms smashing buttons to quick for the pc to seize up... YA REINSTALL the game then..... pass to a keyboard type and study a thanks to type.......
