I thought that they (Blizzard) Would not be releasing another expansion due to their new mmo coming out in the future. Lately I have heard otherwise though and heard of another expansion?
Are the rumors true for another expansion?

yes. if you insist on a more detailed answer. theres 13 million players of world of warcraft. making 15 dollars a pop why ruin a good thing. plus you people forget Maelstrom Emerald Dream Burning Legion and Deathwing. all of these bosses are still there. all these zones are still there say hello to the expantions.

Definately. It was confirmed by Paul Sams, Blizzards Chief Operating Officer, in an interview with PCR last December.
He was asked if there'd be more expansions, here is his response:
"As it relates to World of Warcraft we're very committed to that product, and to providing ongoing content between expansions. We'll concentrate on that and you can count on there being further expansions for World of Warcraft. There's a passionate group of players that play World of Warcraft and we're going to continue to support that group for as long as there are a meaningful number of people that want to play it."
When he was asked if they had anything already in the works, he basically said they didn't, but that there was already a team working on it.

Short answer: Yes
When burning crusade came out Bliz said they have 12 major content patches planned.
Patch 3.2 is finaly out on the test realms so it will be out very soon
Blizz recently registered 'Cataclysm' as a trademark and this is rumored to be 'Maelstrom' expansion
Blizz also said we will finally see the conclusion of the game’s long-lived Ashbringer storyline in
there could/should be 2 more expansions each letting us level up 10 more and capping it at 100.

I haven't heard of an expansion yet but Blizzard always wanted the WoW lvl cap to be 100 so it could be possible, although WotLK only came out last November. I know that there is a new patch coming out soon, but when it is droping i can't tell you.
/sigh...time to go farm rep in outland again

i think of that the boost will upload very much to the sport. i will admit I agree that some new low point circumstances and different issues are mandatory to kepp a great form of the casual gamers, myself lined going. i'm getting bored to death in Sm runs until eventually i'm getting intense adequate to run the subsequent occasion returned and returned after which the single after that. i could particularly much wish tha tthe beginning areas of the hot races became interior the hot "continant" being unfolded which might require greater low-end, yet i'm making a guess that may not happen. Curious as to the place the Dreanai beginning section is going to be although... i think of finally it is going to likely be a robust component although

It will probably be announced at BlizzCon if it is. May not be until next year though. What is their other mmo? If you're talking about Diablo III, that's not an mmo.

Hi,
I have heard the rumors as well and I am quite sure it will be announced quite soon.
We just have to be patient and wait a little bit.
