Sims 3 download folder?

Okay so, I've looked and looked and I see things similar to my question but they never fully help me..
So I apologize for repost/similar post and blah blah.... So here is my situation in detail...

I went to The Sims Resource (TSR) and downloaded a few clothes and hair styles and what have you. Now when I did that, it said you just extract the files into the downloads folder and open up the launder and click downloads and pick which ones you want and blah blah blah.... I get all that. I get how to actually get them in the game. HOWEVER. When I went to my EA Games folder, like everywhere tells you to, all I found was the folders to my two expansion packs for Sims 3... Town Stuff and Supernatural. So I right clicked on my Sims 3 icon on my desktop and opened up the file location....
My sims 3 folder is located in Origin Games... So it goes..
C: > Program Files > Origin Games > Sims 3.. Then there are a few folders..
_Installer
Caches
Game
Gamesata

I have checked EVERY folder and there is no Downloads folder. Now I've read some mumbo Jumbo of you download this and go that and put this here. No. It should never have to be that complicated. It's just a fricken missing folder. That's it. There should be no need to download a whole bunch of things to find a fricken folder that is supposed to come with you game. So here is my question...

Does anyone know where this magical folder might be? Or is there anyway that just creating a folder in the Game folder of Sims 3 and naming Downloads would work?

I realize you need WinRAR to extract the files, so don't bother mentioning that. Plus, that isn't even part of my question. I'm not worried about the extraction. IT'S WHERE THE HECK TO EXTRACT THEM TO.
I would greatly appreciate some help. I'm starting to loose my tempter over this. It shouldn't be this flippin hard to find a folder. And that's pretty sad. Lol. Please and thank you to anyone who can help.

Did you try checking for The Sims 3 folder in Documents? Because the one in Program Files has completely different things.

Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3

That's where the downloads folder and many other things are. I have a physical copy of the game so I don't really know how Origin games work but I think it might be the same.

And usually when I download Sims3Pack files from TSR, all I do is open the zip files with Winzip/Winrar and double click on the file(s) that show up (Or just right-click, then "Open with Sims 3 Launcher.") Then, The Sims 3 Launcher opens automatically and installs the file(s). It's a lot faster than extracting the files to the Downloads folder, then opening the launcher, etc... :)

Hope I helped! :)

I had a similar problem when trying to put custom music into the music folder. When I could not find the folder anywhere I ran a system search and it came up. I suggest trying this. This also worked for finding my Downloads folder.

Hope this helped.
