It'll probably work anywhere you buy a videogame; you can buy another game and return the bad one and just get your money back and keep the new game so just try any store really

How much did it cost first because I did the same thing with my but at Gamestop I turned in a bunch of other games at least 10 and i got $99.97! And i got a used COD Black Ops game and it worked like a new one

I agree with with Zach.

How does one know if a game is "broken" without opening it? As long you have the receipt and follow their policy it should be fine.

Normally stores won't take opened games because people try to take the key from games and then return the game, so I doubt it.

At gamestop this would work because they have a policy that says if you have a disc that does not work you can return it for a new copy of that same game in 30 days.

It may work, but if you do it, do it at walmart. Gamestop will check the discs and also not give you as much money back.

not unless it is unopened the game has to be sealed to get a refund take better care of your games and it won't happen.

no sorry buying an brand new game anywhere and opening cannot be returned or exchanged but gamestop lets u exchange opened new games but instead buy a used black ops switch the disks and return the scratched one and keep the better one
