I play WoW on a private server (no monthly fee) at http://toxic-wow.net. As far as private servers go this is the best one I played so far and with their tweaks they made the game more interesting then the Blizzard servers.

Although not exactly in your description of what you're looking for I enjoyed PotC too but I no longer will pay monthly subscript fees so there's my suggestions.

well i used to play

Biosfear but now you need to pay and paying for games is really stuipid

i now play a series of 3 different games

i play cronous.com where you can play as a valk, fighter, savage or a mage. really cool and they just updated it so everyone needs to get used to the new controls and very easy - I LOVE IT!

another game just started 2 months ago its called

playrohan.com or rohan.com it just started in california they shut it down for a week because they had to make an extra 50 servers because thats how much people could not play and yes these 2 are both free

and there is also cabal but its so easy to get scammed and communication is very hard and just ..well..retarded

so i would definitely reccomend

cronous.com

or

playrohan.com

good luck

my name is Loyalty in rohan

and HolyHell in Cronous

Well, there's Runescape, sort of. It's cheaper.

My personal favorite would be World of Warcraft, though. But it's more expensive - but way better game play and variety.

I've also heard Guild Wars was good, but no experience with it.

But, without enough memory/RAM in your computer they could run pretty choppy. The minimum I beleive you need is 600 or so MB. But, with more the better it runs.

World of warcraft. You can try it out ten day free trial if you have not yet. And it only costs 14.95 a month after that if you do like it. It has everything you are looking for. and the only way you would lag is if your computer doesnt meet the requirements. Check it out and good luck! btw im in realm khadgar, Name is kalyana if you do decide to get it!

Hi, I know where your coming from by saying low lag and 2 and 3D most of the games named are 3D will slow down a decent computer or games like ruinescape just suck sorry to anyone who likes it but its true.

Try conquer online. Warrior, 2 mages, Archers, Trojans and soon to be realesed ninja class. I have played off and one for about 5 years.
