I tried everything, I also google it and nothing.
Everyone on the net says its easy and gives tutorial how to do it. oh well , i knew that already, can't do It at the stage i am at this moment.
I been a werewolf From the beginning, around 68 gaming days, so now for some reason i am both, but I did not choose to be a vamp, I kept getting the warnings in daylight about the vamp stuff. I went to the girl to turn me back into a wolf, ut did not have the dialog.
Now everyone is atacking me everywhere i go, I never changed into a vamp lord, i can't even if i wanted to, don't have the `power, I change into a werewolf all the time, I tried to cure it. Might be a glitch, Skyrim is the most glitched game i have ever seen. If i put together all the games i played in 20 years ,it wont come to 2% of the total glitches that skyrim has, its unbelievable.
Anyone has a idea how to get rid off it? Tried setting stages, i tried console codes, but got nothing. keep in mind that I can't travel to any town,.
Thank you in advance.

If all else fails, reload an earlier save from back before you got vampirism. Reloading is usually the fastest and easiest way to deal with any Skyrim problems, which is why it's important to save often, don't rely on autosaves but create hard save files, and keep several save files while playing, don't overwrite them every time.

There is a known glitch where one becomes a hybrid vampire/werewolf. It doesn't happen to everyone, but it may have happened to you. Do you have Serana as a follower? Is she carrying any blood potions? That is one possible cause. Try getting rid of her. What stage of the Dawnguard DLC questline are you at?

I'm assuming you have Dawnguard DLC, right? Because you mention "vampire lord" -- turning into a vampire lord, and going to Aela of the Companions to turn you back into a werewolf, are ONLY possible if you have the Dawnguard DLC.

But here's the thing... if you have Dawnguard DLC installed, then it removes the "attack on sight" problem of the vanilla game. No one should be attacking you on sight, now, unless they've previously seen you turn into a vampire or a werewolf. OR if there's an unpaid bounty on you. Check your crime stats for unpaid bounties. The fastest way to handle those is to go to an outlying farm or small guard post where there are only a few guards and try surrendering to them (unshealth and then sheath your weapons or empty hands to trigger a surrender, leave followers at home so they don't start fighting the guards on your behalf).

The only way to cure vampirism within the game is to activate a shrine to one of the gods, visit a vigilant of Stendarr, or drink a cure disease potion, but that only works if you've only just recently caught the vampire disease (see your active effects menu). Other than that, turning back into a werewolf should cure it, but Aela will only do this ONCE per game, so if you've used her before, you can't do it again. And if you're glitched and she thinks you're already a werewolf, she'll be no help.

OR you can go to Falion in Morthal with a filled black soul gem and he will cure it. But again, if he thinks you're a werewolf, it won't work. You might try feeding on a victim -- sneak into a farm house or mill outside a town, in the middle of the night around 3am, and go behind a sleeping person as if you were going to pickpocket them. Or you can try drinking a blood potion from Volkihar Castle, or feeding on the human cattle in the basement there. This might take you down to stage 1 vampirism so you won't be attacked -- though being attacked on sight, as I said earlier, should not happen with the DLC installed -- but might as well try and see if this helps. It's possible that you won't be able to feed, though, if the game doesn't see you as a full vampire.

From what I've read online, once you get this bug there may be no "cure." If you are playing on PC using mods and console commands, you may be causing even more bugs in what is already a buggy game, and making it worse.

You've probably already found this information, but in case you haven't: "Another way of curing vampirism is via console commands; open the console and type, setstage 000EAFD5 10. By using the console command code showracemenu to change the Dragonborn's race, vampirism is immediately removed. This is also true of the changesex command." Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. Do you remember exactly what you were doing when you noticed you were getting vampire effects? You might try curing yourself of lycanthropy by using a witch head at the tomb of Ysgramor (if you haven't already) and if that works, then go see if you can cure vampirism with Falion. At which point then you might be able to get Aela to turn you back to a werewolf.

Go to any alter such as The Shrine of Talos in Whiterun to cure all diseases including vampirism. You could also go to Morthal and talk to the wizard there to start a quest to cure vampirism buy you're probably too far along for him to be able to help you. So your best bet is going to any shrine of the Nine Devines to cure yourself. There's one in every captial city, or they can be found around Skyrim.
