Nobles Deck Trinket in World of Warcraft?

I am currently working on saving up enough gold for The Nobles Deck:greatness card. My question is, once i have enough gold and buy it off the Auction house i still not can use it til the Darkmoon Faire comes back to turn in the quest?

Yup, once you get your deck ready you will have to wait for the faire to come back to be able to get your actual trinket. So you still have a little over 2 weeks for it to come back. Check your ingame calender for the actual date of arrival.

Once you have the deck you can use it. It'll say something like the card stares at you no matter how you look at it

You can buy them off the AH but they are expensive. When you get them and Darkmoon Faire comes then you do the quest for them there.
