I think they should it was one of the best games ever made next to that is sonic adventure dx.
If they there to combine those two gaames together they would have the best sonic game ever made.A
The platform of how you have free roam in SADX combined with playing any character you want in SA2B.

Why not? It was perhaps one of the best games SEGA ever made. You got everything you wanted in that game-A great storyline, a Chao garden(which I still play),epic music to every stage, a handful of characters to play as, fast-paced levels, fun multiplayer, and great graphics for an Nintendo GameCube.

If it was done in the style on Sonic Colors. (Graphics & Gameplay wise.) That game was amazing.
