I have Skyrim (Steam Edition) With DLC Hearthfire and mods that include, CBBE, SKSE, HDT Physics Ext., XP32 Maximum Skeleton, Amazing Follower Tweaks, ApachiiSkyHair, BodySlide2, Unofficial Skyrim Patch, Unofficial Hearthfire Patch, Groovtama XPMS Extension, Avelyn Follower, ShowRaceMenu PrecacheKiller, Realistic Force, Enhanced Camera v1.1, Wet and Cold, MHYH (My Home is Your Home), CHSBHC Body Physics, FNIS Behavior, Omnisway Clothing Replacer, Cloaks of Skyrim, Caliente Vanilla Armor packs, Feminine Hands CBBE, FFR for CBBE, HDT Test Earrings, Lockpick Pro v3, RSChildren, Skyrim Performance Booster Patch for Windows Vista/7, Skyrim Shadow Striping Remover, Sofia Follower, TESVAL Acceleration Leveler SKSE Plugin.

(That about sums it up. I Didnt know if it was necessary to label all/most of the mods or not. )

Notes:
Anti Aliasing is Off
Anistropic Filtering is Off
VSync I think is Off (I havent been in my graphic settings lately)
The View Distance for everything is default
Object Detail Fade = Off
I dont remember my set resolution but I think its at the lowest widescreen I can go without any cutoffs
Texture Quality = Medium
Radial Blur = Low
Shadow Detail = Medium
Decal Quality = Low
FXAA = Off
Water Reflect = Only Land is checked

I say I get possibly 30fps give or take.

Mods won't improve performance, they will only hurt it. There used to be a mod or two that COULD improve performance, but that was an issue with optimization that Bethesda patched into the game. Mods will tax your system by adding effects, causing more scripts to be run at once. Mods that change graphics generally make them better or more dynamic, also taxing your system. The performance you get without any mods is the best it'll be without lowering settings more. Otherwise, you'll need to upgrade your hardware.

Too many saved games? Hoarding too many items in storage? (Sell off everything you are not going to use.)

Delete all but the latest three at the end of a gaming session.

Make only New saves, (do not overwrite), do not use PC "Quicksaves", turn off the "Autosave..." feature and make only New saves whenever you complete a task, before important conversations, after quests are given, every 10 minutes or less, before opening doors, entering ruins/caves and the like.

And most important of all, does your machine actually have the guts to run the game properly:

"Skyrim" wants...

• Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)

• Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU processor

• 4GB System RAM

• 6GB free HDD (Hard disk drive) space

• ★DirectX 9.0c of compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB RAM: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon HD 4890 or higher

• DirectX compatible sound card

• Internet access for Steam activation

You should have 25% to 50% of your hard drive free.
