i think the best are:
1) Dodge Viper SRT10(immense acceleration)
2) McLaren Mercedes SLR(very very fast, looks good too)

after completing u may also have a car in carbon of audi i.e. of the last rival

u suggest dodge but friend have u ever thought about it's handling and Mclaren Merceges SLR is marvellous car and there is no car like that .I have touched the speed of278km\hr using cheat for infinite nitros by that car
