perfect battle tower pokemons? pokemon sapphire?

Question

I'm trying to build up a perfect lvl 50 party for the battle tower, and so far i have:

Gengar, lvl 50
-physhic
-sludge bomb
-thunderbolt
-shadow ball

Dragonair, lvl 50
-flamethrower
-blizzard
-thunder
-surf

Now, I need one more pokemon for the party. I thinking a ground or fire type, since both of the top pokemon know electric attacks, but then again i'll take anything good. i had a camerupt lvl 50 in the pack, but it sucked since you can't teach it a variety of attacks.
question is, what pokemon will be a perfect fit for gengar and dragonair? again, this is for the battle tower.

also, should i change some of dragonair's attacks?

Aggron. . .It's powerful, great defense, strong attacks. I use it often. It works for me. I'm not too good with selecting moves for ppl. I have my own style of attacks.

I recommend a garchomp with swords dance earthquake dragon rush and any flow ice, hearth,electric powered or giga impact.Spiritomb With psychic shadow ball,and a few suport flow.Latios with psychic dragon pulse calm concepts&get well or a milotic with surf or hydro pump get well ice beam e poisonous.
