I know nothing about this game. Is it good? what version is the best? Should I buy it today?

MMORPGs remind me of Crystal Meth. They were only used by the hardcore socially awkward types in the 90's, but have spread like wildfire now. If you aren't hooked on it, you might find it disgusting, and once you do get hooked on it, hygene is no longer prioritized. At high schools, you can tell who plays the game by who has sparse, unkempt facial hair.

So, yes, if real life has let you down and you want to get beaten up virtually by nerds, by all means, go for it.

Basicallly it is an mmorpg or massive multiplayer online role playing game, where you create a fantasy like character and so many quest and battles to level your player to a higher level. This game is very fun and addicting, however I recommend that you try a similar game for less money or free like runescape so you don't put your money to waste if you don't like it, even though runescape doesn't really compare. I suggest you make sure your computer meets the requirments and can stand the graphics then go ahead and dive into this awesome game! Have fun!
