I liked the Rogue, but that was my first play through. I don't see a need for a fighter....you pick up plenty of them and they're one dimensional. I'm going to do a Mage next, thinking blood mage/arcane warrior.
Played as a good guy first time through, this time I'm being a super prick LOL
But the Rouge was great for the non battle stuff in the game, picking locks on doors and chests...as well as picking pockets and manipulating people.

definitely not lol. Expect to die a lot. and run out of money fast. You have 2 rogues in your party, which is pretty much useless, Although dog makes good damage dealer, there are better options out there for a team. Being a 2H wielder, you're a damage dealer, you need a tank, meaning Alistair should be in your party (as whiny as he can be at times) The tank is a person who takes the most damage, so up his HP, upgrade his shield, and put him in heavy plate armor, You should always have a rogue in the party, so pick between liliana or Zev, either are good choices, Zev has stealth on his side, where as leliana has range take your choice. then decide between Wynne or Morrigan... Morrigan isn't much of a spirit healer, so your best choice is Wynne. You'll fail miserably without a healer.

Mages are the most fun and they are probably the most powerful class in the game. Archers are kind of boring, rogues are interesting if you use the abilities right.
