Question:
How to walk smoothly in Minecraft?
?

In Minecraft, lately things have been going not-so-smoothly. I have no trouble at all with fastness, in fact, the game might be a bit too fast. When I walk, fly, crouch, etc, I move EXTREMELY fast, and moving is very..jerkily. I can barely control where I am going, and therefore I can't play efficiently. I also can't seem to place or remove blocks without breaking/placing around 5, which of course, is a hindrance, too. I REALLY need help with this =/, I remember I used to have this problem around a year ago when I started, but I cant seem to remember what I did to fix it. Thanks if you can help!

It could just be general lag but if it isn't then check if your mouse sensitivity is too high. If it is set the HYPERSPEED!!! it might be very sensitive.

It could also be the fact that you are using a trackpad on a laptop. Playing minecraft with a trackpad is nearly impossible. If this is the case, just buy a cheap USB mouse.

1) Minecraft is $26.Ninety five as of correct now. 2) No, you do not have to pay monthly for it. It's just like buying a video game (only one purchase needed) three) There are not any types except for the current one, which is 1.2.4 so don't worry about that.. While you buy the sport it can be automatically up-to-date to 1.2.4 (you can also have got to decide upon "force replace" by way of the launcher then go to choices) 4) I consider they record videos using Hypercam/and so on... No longer so certain about this on account that i have never recorded yet. 5) make sure that you fulfill these standards. • CPU: Intel P6/NetBurst structure or its AMD similar (AMD K6) • RAM: 256MB • GPU: ATI Rage or GeForce 256 with OpenGL 1.2 help • HDD: at the least 90MB for core recreation records • Java Runtime environment (JRE) 6 and up is required to be ready to run the sport.

Are you playing with a laptop touchpad? I've found it's extremely difficult to control the game with that. Try using a standard USB laser mouse instead.

Is this in singleplayer or multiplayer? If it's in singleplayer and you have a redstone loop going, that could be lagging your game. Explosions could also be causing this (although I doubt it's TNT because you'd probably be the person to set it off! XD) If you're in multiplayer, this could be server lag.

Just always walk on flat surfaces :)
