okay heres'z the deal...

both systems are great...depending on what you think "great" is.

you see i love FPS, action games, and online play

this is why i got me a 360....the line up of games are great far surpassing to ps3 (not hating ) but i mean 360 has gearz of war. one of the most funnest games i have ever played... almost equally popular to halo 3

oh not to mention halo 3 the worlds favorite FPS known for its online play and countless re playability even if it does get boring after a year lol

Ps3 has blue ray which is great also but ... it doenst really have an affect on you... i mean its for movies'z! unless you want to watch movies'z all day long and be happy because it has blue ray.....? nah not for me

like you said in time the ps3 will surpass graphics... but you said it ... IN TIME not 6 months lol

and check out gears of war 2 graphics....i dont see nothing topping that soon

dude 360 has a better overall experience to play... the online is great and odds are most of your friends have one...and if they dont ask them how much they play with other friends online in the ps3....not to often

360 dude.....360

The Playstation 3 is a whole lot better than the Xbox 360. First of all, the ps3 has better games such as Killzone 2, Resistance 2 and Metal Geer Solid 4. The Xbox 360 only has Halo 3. Another thing is that the xbox 360 controllers are much heavier than the ps3 controllers. The Xbox controllers need batteries when the ps3 controllers charge when you plug them into the system using the usb cords provided. The Ps3 uses blue ray discs which can store up to 50 GB of data as to the Xbox uses DVDs which can only store up to 15 GB. The Ps3 has seven cores and the xbox only has 3. This means that the Ps3 is more than 2 times more powerful. Also the look of the Ps3 is a lot better than the 360.

Also Ps3 Home is coming out in the fall and it looks amazing. Overall, The Ps3 is a lot better than the Xbox 360. I would recommend getting the 80 GB Ps3 because it has 4 USB Ports and its great for playing rock band on.

I would say the PS3 is better because the Xbox just nickel and dimes you for every little thing the PS3 has out of the box. I can't really speak for Xbox online because i don't want to pay an extra $100 for what a PS3 can already do.

alot of people dont know what they are talking about cuz they only have on of the two...the ps3 and 360 have pretty much the same quality graphics. ps3 online is free but laggy and u get kicked out alot. xbox 360 has better online but you have to pay for it. more people play 360 than ps3. ps3 has blu-ray. certain games come out only for one of the consoles so if theres a game you really like that only comes out for one then get that one. ignore these people that say one of the two sucks because neither one sucks. i mean wouldnt u rather have either one than none.

It depends on what type of gaming you like to do, and what other forms of media you enjoy. If you want to watch Blu-ray movies and have an HDTV then the PS3 would probably be a better choice (400 bucks for a great gaming system AND a bluray player is a great deal.

Xbox is much better for online gaming but since you aren't interested in that... I think the PS3 might be a better choice.

but i don't know if you have a Netflix account then you may want to reconsider the xbox because in the fall you will be able to stream your netflix movies to your xbox 360.

yes evie p ps3 too much money but what would you like better a 360 always gets rings of fire and always sending it to microsoft or always triyng to sell, or a ps3 no problems but sometimes freezing but with blu ray and better graphics and awsome games well both are a waste and not really worth they have the same problems well it depends i would by a ps3 no problems like th red rings of fire so a ps3 is 400 going down to 300 in september and 360, 500 for an elite, go pro is 400, and a arcade system 300 ps3 is probably worth it

If i was you I would wait for the new 80 gb ps3 for only £300 or you could preorder it at http://www.rewards1.com/index.php?referrer_id=137453 for free

I would have to say Xbox 360 has a lot more games because it came out earlier. The games are fun, great console if you want shoot em' up games or racing games.

I would say ps3 is better. ps3 has a litle better graphics, but you could hardly tell. also, sixaxis is really cool, making it like a wii. theres also built in bluray. the best part is HOME, comimg out this fall. go to youtube and type "ps3 home" and watch the videos. its really cool. theres also really cool games that wont come out for xbox360 like god of war 3, resistance 2, killzone 2, little big planet, and so much more. plus, the ps3 looks really cool. the system is black, and even the home page looks cool, and you could design your own backround. I fisrt got an xbox360 but mine broke the first week when I finish playing halo 3.

I have both the XBOX 360 and the PS3. The PS3's image is way better but not as user friendly. The XBOX seems to be the better pick...a lot more user friendly and XBOX live is awesome.

PS3 all day. i mean ps3 has way better graphics than xbox 360 and you can do so much with it pictures and videos and all this cool stuff. I think it's worth the price.

PS3 without a shadow of a doubt.

The XBOX is STILL plagued with reliability problems, after Microsoft has known about the problem and how to fix it for YEARS.

Also the XBOX is already obsolete and outdated.

And before the XBOX fanboys start accusing me of being a Sony fanboy, I actually own both systems. (2 XBOXes, after the first one **** itself for the third and last time {outside of warranty}, I bought another. Two months later it died as well. I gave up. I got the second one repaired under warranty, and give it to my mate to use while his is getting repaired every couple of months. Both XBOXes are now sitting in a plastic tub under my bed, and the PS3 is hooked up to my widescreen...)

I think the PS3 has better graphics than the X Box its also faster. Plus if you ever get online its free. But for X box it costs £40. So I would say PS3.

i have had like 2 ps3's broken and recovered new ones by warranty, one of which is 60 gb, which is limited edition and they give me a 40gb, which is ****, in gameplay and controls i would say ps3, but in graphics they would be both the same as of hdmi cables and xbox 360 lasts longer and it made by microsoft bill gates and i have a ps but if your buyin one buy the ps3!!! i luv it but beaware theps3 can break any TIIIIMMMMMMEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It totally depends on the games you like to play. They are both great systems, my household prefers the XBOX.
