Definitely camping. Really it's a little more than just camping, it's more like locking down an area by using something to cover your back. It could be good headphones so you can ambush folks attacking from behind or by using something like claymores and scavenger or OMA. When I'm having an off day I will try this tactic and even though I'm not a very good player I went 18-0 and 23-1 this weekend by locking down a building with claymores and shooting from the cover of the windows. Some guys can run around around the map aggressively and do really well, but it would be hard to only get killed once or even none in a match with that strategy. I think a lot of 30-0 guy are usually sniping from a really good location and covering their back.

There are many ways this can happen. Either that person is boosting, this is likely if someone on the other team has an awful k/d like 1 and 30 or something like that. Some people are going for their tactical nuke and are camping like crazy with lots of protection or running around the map with silenced weapons, ninja pro, and cold-blooded pro. Sometimes you have people with wall-hacks and modded classes and they can see the whole map without any obstructions.

9 times out of 10 though, that person is camping in a really good spot or running around with silencers and ninja and cold-blooded going for their nuke. these people normally are in a group and they have almost the whole team protecting them and trying not to take too many of the kills.

I don't do so good in TDM but in SND I can get a lot of 17-0 games in a few weeks. I have a bluetooth mic so I've never tried a turtle beach. I have special routes I use in every map that I go and work for me. If you try finding guns you like (I use the tar 21 and famas depending on the maps). Most of the time I do those kind of games half of the opposing team isn't good but its still hard to get that many kills and no deaths in a SND.

thye camp like crazy just a hint every 2-3 kills change location to a place nearby so u can kill them when they try to kill u also it can be good to reload after every shot

have a shotgun on stand by pick up other peoples weapons

and remeber the key for a nuke is harrier,AC130/chopper, then nuke

also it is very hard to get a nuke while sniping of course it can be done especially on harcore (no kill cams) it is best avoided

AND spawn kill go on demolition and camp with an m60 or and assult rifle

but yes those headsets do work cause u can hear the enemys footsteps loud as

thanks

Your probally curious about the headphones comments, they are surround sound and you can hear footsteps and tell where they are coming from. Even if there using ninja pro I could still hear then walking up behind me or around the corner and get the drop on them. Combine that with a good camping spot and understanding the maps and you have your answer.

well basically my friend there are three ways this could happen...

1. you're super lucky that your opponents suck and you're dominating

2. you're boasting with a friend

3. camping

I'll say most of the times it's camping, however when camping luck is also involved, Lets say for instance crash, you kill 4 people and your camping at the rooftop, you will need both, teammates who care close by to fend off intruders, and a constant supply of enemies, after you reach either pred missile or harriers, getting to 30 is not very hard.

On MW2 online, it doesn't take much skill to kill a player in any game mode, (especially in hardcore, when each player has around 30 health points, depending if a player has painkiller or last stand on). These players might run around and knife others with ninja pro or commando, play very defensively, stay at only one position (most likely not, because these players are usually exposed on the mini radar and other players will know where they are), play with a stealth class or staying defensive and offensive at the same time moving and switching positions after a kill, (most ideal for impressive gameplay and score).

Killstreak rewards such as UAV, Counter-UAV, and EMP from your teammates will support you if you're trying to get an impressive score with reward setups such as Harrier Strike/ Attack Helicopter, Pavelow/ Stealth Bomber, and the AC130/Chopper Gunner, or even an attempt for a Nuclear Strike. If you're not confident that you can achieve the 7th killstreak award without Hardline or support from your team, start with UAV or Predator Missile as you're first reward if you want to get a good score. You'll eventually get better with every match and practice.

If you're starting with UAV, try these: [UAV, Predator, Harrier]; [UAV, Harrier, Pavelow]; [UAV, Harrier, Chopper Gunner/AC130]. These setups will also help your team because of the UAV.

Up above, are easy setups to get, but if you want a challenge, try these: [Predator, Harrier, Chopper Gunner/AC130]; [Predator, Harrier, Pavelow]; [Harrier, Pavelow, Chopper Gunner/AC130]; [Harrier, Chopper Gunner/AC130, Tactical Nuke]. These setups will be more difficult to get if your team does not support you UAV.

Don't frustrate yourself by attempting to get good scores with the setups above in every match. If your team does not support you with UAV, try to get good scores by getting UAV by yourself. By the way, the alternative rewards such as 7th killstreak Helicopter, 9th killstreak Stealth Bomber, and 5 killstreak Sentry Guns aren't as efficient as the other alternatives for the same kill.

In certain maps, air support can devastate the enemy team. However in some maps, air support is almost useless. In wide open maps such as Wasteland, Afghan, Rundown, and Derail, killstreak rewards such as Harrier, Pavelow, AC130, and Chopper Gunner can devastate the enemy team and can even help you get a Tactical Nuke. In maps with a lot of buildings such as Skidrow, Karachi, and Sub Base, the high end air support won't be as effective. Just be smart and choose the setup for the right situation.

Players also use perks to their advantage. Perks like Sleight of Hand Pro, Scavenger Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Hardline Pro, Cold Blooded Pro, Ninja Pro, Commando Pro, and Steady Aim Pro are one of the most common and recommended perks to make combinations with.

One last tip, always mind your connection bars in each match. If you get killed easily by another player, check if they have faster connections then you by checking the bars. If you have one, two, or three bars, don't expect to kill others easily who have 4 bars.

Well, recently I got these sweet Turtle Beaches x11 (headset) and it's really helping my game. Those guys that go 25-0 all use headphones.
