I have the Sims 2 Nightlife and Sims 2 Open for Business. They are the ones that I was playing with my custom neighborhood. Then when I unistalled and backed it up, I couldn't restore it properly. I have put the neighborhood folder of N004 in the neighborhod folder. I wonder if it is because I have some families that have pets in the neighborhood. Should I use SimPE to take out the families with pets or is it another problem? Or is it I done something wrong with the restoring the neighborhood part? The downloads folder worked just fine when I restored it. Help! What should I do?

let me get this in order.

1. you backed everything up.

2. you uninstalled

3. you reinstalled and added pet expansion?

4. you tried to bring your old neighborhood back.

if that is so, it's the pet expansion. the other neighborhood isn't saved in the new format.

If this isn't the correct order, please update with what is right and i will look again.

I think it may be the pets. Reinstall Pets and remove the families with the pets before unistalling Pets again. Remember that what you use from an expansion pack is only available when you have that expansion pack installed. HTH.

ensure you have each and all of the areas. in some cases rar data are split into 2 or greater products. in case you already know you have all of them, they could purely be corrupted. acquire them returned and attempt it. so some distance as areas.. the place you downloaded it, did it say something like "Brunette hair acquire - part1" or acquire all 3 of those data for it to artwork? they are often sufficiently small to no longer be broken up yet you in no way understand. what's the "broken" blunders that comes up maximum? Edit: Mad reproduction/paste skills there Adam
