Hmm, yes, it looks like you'll be needing a new Graphics Card.

You can go to the maximum and buy a Gaming card, but depending on how much gaming you do, that might not be nessecary.

Based on your current specs, the Game, and your budget, I think the ATI Radeon X1300 available at http://lopurl.us/savfhp could be useful for you. Amazon quotes $99 so its the price you wanted.

Also, your processor looks slightly dodgy. I myself managed to fry an Intel Pentium 4 while gaming, downloading, and listening to music on Vista Ultimate. Theres no harm in trying it out, but if you are going to be gaming a lot, especially if you upgrade to Vista or 7, you will probably need a new processor. I won't link you off to one now because by the time youu need one they may have changed etc.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you about deals from a local store as I myself live in the United Kingdom.

Hope you find my answer useful :)

EDIT: Just to let you know, when googling, I found that your graphics card probably won't be successful with Combat arms. It seems that some people have got it to work, sometimes by tweaking settings, but it may be easier to buy a new one.

Well Adam, you said you wanted to buy at a local store but I think If possible you should try buying at an online comp.hardware site.

Only reason being that you can get same cards online maybe a little cheaper and online sites have way more choices/options but yeah you would have to wait for it to arrive at your house.

If you can't buy a video card online for whatever reason then I would recommend trying to find one the 9600GT's not sure on the ATI cards as I have an nividia geforce series card but they do have one that's same as 9600GT I think maybe ATI radeon HD 4670 or 3870's??

I myself recently a few months ago bought a Nvidia Geforce 9600GT video card from Newegg.com. It is a very good card that can run all the latest games pretty good.

The cool thing is though that I bought it at the same exact price that you are looking to spend around ~$100 online at newegg.

Here's what I bought: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133239

you in all probability can play with that photographs chipset, yet what you incredibly desire to do is get an easily photographs card, even a decrease priced one will do wonders for overall performance above your equipped in motherboard one.
