Is there any way i can stop seeing errors in garry's mod without getting the game it requires?

No. That is my simple answer because that is the only answer there is. Even if you try downloading the models from the other games, it still doesn't work. You plain and simply need the game. Garrysmod directly connects to that game and pulls some sort of files and data off of it that it integrates into itself. The only way to see the props, is to just get the game and install it on steam. Don't even try pirated or torrented versions, those don't work to well, and you will eventually be found out.



Some errors are also from model packs and other addons, such as like, getting a gun pack from garrysmod.org , if you don't have the model it uses (in which case, you don't have the pack installed in your addons) then it will also be an error. Hopefully you understand that by now.

Also, incase you don't already have them, I would recommend getting Wire mod and PHX3 svn for the game. If you don't know how to svn, then follow a video guide on youtube, it's really simple.

that is happening to me, too. i replaced into rewriting the DarkRP money printers for a chum's server, have been given off for somewhat, and it does not come back on. attainable fixes: a million. Restart steam. suited click on Garry's Mod interior the library->properties->make certain Integrity of Cache. this might actually examine all the garrysmod records to make certain that they are suited. 2. Navigate to C:software records (x86)Steamsteamapps(username). Rename the garrysmod folder to something like garrysmod_old. this might completely redownload the interest. that is nondestructive, as you could pass your addons and such into the recent folder as quickly as you have it waiting. EDIT: Yeah, that is only Gmod. all of us's having this situation, and that i doubt it is going to likely be resolved till day after today.
