what are the locations of some enchanted arrows in elder scrolls oblivion?

im looking for some with an area of effect so if any one could tell me where to find them i would apriciate it. im not looking for the stats im just looking for locations.

For the most part, enchanted arrows are found randomly in loot. However, there are two places where you can definitely find enchanted arrows:



* M'raaj-Dar - This Khajiit is a merchant available only for members of the Dark Brotherhood. Your character will need to murder an innocent NPC in order to have the chance to join. M'raaj-Dar will usually only sell enchanted arrows once you've completed a few DB quests. He also sells spells.



* Daedric Shrine of Boethia - As already mentioned, Boethia's quest is a great way to obtain enchanted arrows. In fact, the arrows found during this quest are perhaps the best available in the game. The quest is available once your character is Level 20, though I would wait until Level 22 for the highest-powered gear.



Note: Although it was mentioned by another Answerer, you *cannot* enchant arrows yourself using the Altar of Enchanting. Bows, on the other hand, *can* be enchanted.

well i found this one bow the other week called hatreds heart which also comes with 13 hatreds heart arrows which have some really good effects

in order to get this bow you have to do the main quest up to aid for bruma and once all the gates open right outside each town you go to the one in chorrol

once you enter that gate like right by the gate when u enter you will see a sunken tower which the bow and the arrows are in a punished chest in the top part of that tower

so what you have to do is when u enter the gate instead of going forward just turn around and go to the most northern part of the area and ull find a cave called the fume vaults

go through that and you will find yourself in the tower and on the first floor of the tower kill both guards and take there keys to get to the upper parts

have fun i havnt tried it yet but ive heard its the best bow in the game

Try enchanting them yourself at an alter in the mages guild (Or the ice palace thing in the first add-on). You'll need some soul gems, but those are easy enough to find in dungeons, and try to up your destruction skill enough to learn a powerful fireball spell to put on the arrows.



I don't remember any specific locations for AoE arrows, though I'm sure they exist.

You could always find an add-on from planetelderscrolls.com or TESNexus.com Or maybe use some of their guides to make your own.

you could always enchant your own? join the arcane university by completing all mages guild recommendations and get a good soul gem and enchant an arrow then use the duplicate glitch

When I did the Tournament at this Boethia shrine several of the enemies drops hundreds of enchanted errors when they died.
