when i go to Runescape, and click play, it takes me to a page thats where the game screen is, and it's white, and it says "Error. Click for details" and when i click it opens a little window and says

and when i go to the java website, and i go to "do i have java?" it says "Verifying Java Version

i have re-started the computer a few times, un installed and re installed java a lot, and gone to the help page to see what to do, but it didn't help. any solutions/suggestions?

Try running it in a different Internet browser, Mozilla firefox seems to work well.

Go to start then go to control panel and click on java and see if its disable and uninstill all the old version of java on your computer
